Ease of Movement is designed for those who feel stiffness in their muscles, pain in their joints, back or lower back, and want to strengthen their body to move comfortably and safely. Physical activity and targeted therapy improve mobility, help cope with excess weight, reduce the risk of many diseases and increase endurance. Under the guidance of our physiotherapists, the programme works to relieve spine and joint pain and to prevent further deterioration of the musculoskeletal system.

1× initial medical examination
1× control medical examination

1× basic laboratory tests
1× muscle strength test
1× densitometry (bone density scan)
22× therapy sessions:
  3× carbon dioxide bath
  2× reflex massage
  2× classical massage, overall
  3× underwater hydro massage
  2× Scottish jet shower
  3× carboxytherapy (gas injections)
  3× electrotherapy as prescribed by the doctor
  3× parafango or therapeutic peat mud application, by prescription
  1× individual physiotherapy
The attending physician reserves the right to determine the treatment plan according to the patient's health condition.

The price does not include:
City tax

Important information:
The current medical report should be sent in advance before arrival, as in case of any contraindications to treatment discovered after reaching the hospital, the doctor has the right to immediately stop the treatment program without any compensation.
