It is advisable to send the current medical report in advance before arrival. If any obstacles to treatment are discovered after arriving at the facility, the doctor has the right to stop the therapy program immediately without any compensation.

The recommended duration for a spa program is 3 to 4 weeks. The client must bring a medical report along with all necessary medication during the stay.
