Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night's charge will apply. Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking;
Check -out time is 11:00 hrs. Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, occupancy levels permitting, and a charge will apply to be paid directly by the guest

27 to 7 days before arrival: 45% of the total amount of the booked stay
6 to 1 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the booked stay
On the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount of the booked stay
In the event of a no-show, unused room or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
