Reservation can be cancelled without charge until 6 p.m. (hotel`s local time) 4 days prior to arrival. For later cancellations or in case of no-show 100% of the total booking value of the first night will be charged. Early check-out is subject to a fee of 100% of the total booking value of one night unless we have been notified by 3 days prior to the new departure day. In such a case no charges are levied.

Cancellations, postponements or amendments to reservations must be sent by email and approved by the Graficon.
